You'll leave this 3-hour live AI agent workshop with a working agent custom-built for a high-impact area of your workflow. As AI takes over more of the routine work, the value you bring to your work is shifting. You'll map exactly where that's happening in your role and organization, and where humans should stay at the helm.

See live demos, ask questions as you build, and leave with an up-to-date vocabulary for AI and a framework you can apply as your work evolves. This approach works no matter what tool you use: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.

Live sessions run Tuesday, September 30 at 7:00 PM EDT and Wednesday, October 1 at 12:00 PM EDT. Both cover the same material, so after enrolling, attend whichever works best for you.

One 3-hour live session, offered at two times to cover time zones:

    • Kickoff: From Optimizing to Reimagining with AI

    • Spot the gap between assistant-level AI use and the bigger value of AI agents. Set the focus: use today's capabilities well while preparing for what's next.
    Module 1: Activate Dormant Resources

    • You're sitting on assets AI could put to work: the 90-page policy doc, years of post-mortems. Turn one into an AI tool your whole team can use.
    Module 2: Assess Value Shifts

    • Write your core value statement, then map your work: what AI has made easy and abundant and where human judgment is even more valuable.
    Module 3: Automate with Agents

    • Storyboard a real workflow, mark where AI takes over and where a human stays at the helm, then build an agent that automates the first step.
    Wrap: Create Your Roadmap

    Who should take this AI agent workshop?

    Take this workshop if you are fluent in prompting and use AI daily, and you want to learn how to use AI more effectively. This workshop is great for people who are short on time and struggle to carve out moments to experiment with AI on their own. If you lead a team, you'll also leave with a framework and a shared vocabulary to coach others through the same decisions around AI use.

    This workshop probably isn't for you if you're an engineer already shipping agents in production, you're brand new to AI and want a gentle introduction, or you're looking for a sit-back-and-watch webinar. This is a hands-on session where you're actively building an agent.

    Who are the facilitators?

    This workshop was created and is facilitated by ExperiencePoint, an IDEO U content partner since 2010. For 25 years, ExperiencePoint has helped teams around the world build innovation skills the same way this session works: hands-on, on live challenges, learning by doing.

    Do I need to know how to code?

    No. This is a no-code AI agent workshop. You'll build with everyday AI tools, no code required.

    What tools do I need?

    You'll need a computer and access to an LLM (the methods we teach work across ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini). You'll participate in activities through a guided online platform, which will be shared with you during the session.

    Is this useful if my company hasn't picked its AI tools yet?

    Yes. You'll learn methods and a framework that work across platforms. The framework and process you'll learn for building AI agents will stay useful even if you or your company switch AI tools or platforms.

    Can my team take this together?

    Absolutely, and teams get more from the shared vocabulary. For groups of 20 or more, ask us about a private session for your organization.
