  • Practice three essential leadership behaviors—learning, curiosity, and vulnerability—that help build the trust, optimism, and openness your team needs to do its best creative work.
Exploring the Three Roles of Creative Leaders

  • Explore three fluid leadership roles—the Explorer, the Coach, and the Gardener—and learn when and how to step into each one to inspire your team, navigate tension, and cultivate a culture of creativity.

  • Identify one small but powerful action you’ll take with your team immediately.
