Data Analyst (part time)

Join IDEO U’s team to build an online learning platform that helps leaders from around the globe learn to unlock their creative potential and build their problem-solving skills. There is no shortage of challenges to tackle in the world, and we believe we need more creative leaders who can deeply understand diverse needs, think of radical solutions, and confidently experiment their way forward.

Role Description:

As part of the IDEO U team, you will see the results of your work as you help to evaluate learner behavior and engagement and the impact of marketing initiatives. This role is for someone who is able to make the data sing, discover hidden patterns, and communicate the results in a clear and effective way. You thrive in building, maintaining and growing SQL-based data systems that evolve with our business, which is in early start-up mode. Often times the data is ambiguous and the problem is not well-defined - but in this role you will clarify both and move forward. You are always careful about validating your approach and delivering results that are both actionable and highly reliable.

Client Program Manager (Full-Time)

San Francisco, CA

Role Summary

IDEO U is in search of a Client Program Manager who will build and manage relationships with our corporate clients and users.

Client Program Managers make the biggest impact by moderating and participating in our online learning forums.  Their skillset is critical to our work/business because they onboard and interact with our enterprise teams before, during, and after their course experience. We count on them to help enterprise teams integrate their learnings from the program into their day-to-day work, and iterate on the team experience and refine the systems and processes for scale.

In addition, you will also:

You relish the details of running a great experience; from building relationships to managing checklists on a timeline.  You with work with our Business Development/Growth team as well as the Learning Experience team to design, execute and improve the efficiency and impact of our IDEO U offer for corporate teams.

You’re a part tech troubleshooter, part ultimate party host who will have the opportunity to play multiple roles as well as shape the future of IDEO U’s community. We’re looking for someone who has experience moderating or participating in online learning or forums and will be able to quickly identify moments when active community management is needed to improve the quality of discussion and create a collaborative and supportive learning community.

You’re a proactive and dependable problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills. You see problems as opportunities and are quick to flag issues and triage to the team so they can be solved.
